Question

Why intuit assist cannot show me financial data in my QBO?

I saw on the official website that Intuit Assist can provide real-time answers to my questions about business cash flow, profit, loss, and expenses, and even generate charts.

However, after purchasing QBO, I found that the AI assistant cannot pull relevant data from my account and provide answers.

Is this feature still in beta testing, or is it only available to users in the United States?

I appreciate you for using the Intuit Assist feature to manage your financial data in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @gavinkwok001. The availability and functionality of Intuit Assist vary. The details below will clarify things.

Yes, Intuit Assist is an AI-powered financial assistant that provides personalized insights and suggestions for your bookkeeping queries. However, it operates under strict privacy and security measures to protect your company data.

Also, Intuit Assist is still in a closed beta testing phase, and its availability in regions outside the current location may vary. Currently, this is only available for QBO accounts in the US. Generally, support options for QBO customers outside the US are limited to chat or email.

To continue to develop and improve this feature over time, you can send this feedback in three ways:

  1. You can go to Settings and select Feedback.
  2. Select the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons when using the invoice reminder workflow or business brief options.
  3. You leave also feedback in the customer effort score survey, which will appear after every few sessions.

If you need to access and manage your Intuit Account after this, I'm adding this article as a guide: Access and manage your personal data from your Intuit Account.
