So I'm able to give you the best information, which version of QuickBooks are you currently using - Desktop or Online? If you're using Desktop, you can follow these steps to update your preferences:

1. Go to the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
2. Select the General menu.
3. Choose the My Preferences tab.
4. Check the Turn off pop-up messages for products and services box.
5. Click OK.
