Why is SHIP TO: not active in QuickBooks Online Plus report - Sales by Product/Service Detail? How do I activate it?

We want to do a multiple year detailed regional analysis by product that includes date, invoice, customer, items on invoice, ship to address, etc.

While there isn't a Ship To column or filter in reports, you can export your reports to Excel from QBO and manually add the column.

  2. Enter your feedback Suggestion.
