Why is the chat not working?

Are you referring to the Support Team Chat? 

If so, we do have support hours that are set for certain versions of QBO. Here they are: 

Plus, Essentials, Simple Start: M-F 6AM to 6PM PT and Saturday 6AM to 3PM PT 

Advanced: Any time, Any day
