Why isn’t my latest version not showing on my account

Hi, when I go to quickbooks.Intuit.com and log in I don’t see my latest version (desktop). which I purchased online. I do see past products! Any idea how I can correct this?

Did you activate the license with the same email address to access your existing CAMPS?
