Why the bank transactions,they not in "CATEGORIZED" after processing bank transactions?

AND,Yesterday I could see the CATEGORIZED from 2020-2024, but today they have all disappeared, leaving only a few entries from 23 years ago.

I'm here to share some steps for the categorized transactions to display in the Categorized tab, zhangkecpa.

 

To rule out any browser-related issues, utilize a different browser when logging into QuickBooks Online (QBO). Then, check your banking data from there. You can use any of the following:

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer. Note: To preview and print forms on Mac OS, you'll also need the Firefox PDF plugin.
  • Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
  • Opera: version 68 or newer
  • Samsung: version 10 or newer

If you still get the same result, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team for further investigation. Follow these steps to get the support details:

 

  1. Navigate to the Help icon in the upper right of your company to display the support window and go to the Assistant tab.
  2. From there, enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar.
  3. Press the Get help from a human link to view support options.
  4. Select Chat to initiate a conversation or Callback to speak with an agent.
