Let me share some insights about how printing checks work in QuickBooks Online, @davcondoors.

 

There may be a few alignment concerns due to browser issues, non-upgraded PDF readers, or incompatible printer drivers, but we can look into them so you can use the feature.

 

Always remember that before printing checks, ensure your printer is set up for QuickBooks so your checks align and print out correctly. Also, make sure that your computer is connected to your printer and network. This can be the reason why you're experiencing printing issues.
