Why does intuit charge me after deposits are made? I was under the impression that the only fees are the membership fees and that there aren’t any transfer fees.

I’m here to help check your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and understand the charges you’re seeing, Ads12.

Before we proceed, please know that membership fees are separate from transaction fees. If you incur charges related to QuickBooks Payments, you may have additional subscriptions, such as the Pay As You Go (PAYG) plan or other payment processors. These fees cover the costs associated with securely handling and transferring funds from your customers to your account.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support team to check and verify the charges in your account. They have the tools to open your account in QBO.

Here are the steps to contact us:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  3. To connect with us, click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.

Also, you can use the Charge Look-up tool to get more details about Intuit charges to your credit card or bank account. See this article for more information: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. They can tell you where these charges came from and why.

Furthermore, check this link to help manage your QuickBooks Online subscription: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. This resource will guide you in updating the card on file, changing your subscription, or viewing your billing history.
