I'm glad you raised this concern here, @AllAmer.

Let me help you determine why you have 14 withdrawals instead of 11 every payday.

First off, you can run a Payroll Transaction Detail report. Then, modify the Date section to display the withdrawal date and the list of employees you paid. This will also help you identify duplicated employee profiles and instances where you may have paid employees twice, leading to excessive withdrawals.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Select Payroll Transaction Detail report from Employees & Payroll.
  3. Click the Customize report.
  4. In the Display part, go to the Dates tab and change the range to view the correct pay date. In the Columns field, choose what you want to view in the report.
  5. Once done, click OK.

If you saw a double recorded pay, I recommend performing a payroll adjustment to correct this. For the employee you paid twice, you can have an internal agreement on your decision to resolve it. Also, I suggest consulting an accountant for additional guidance.

Moreover, you can review your bank statement of whose employee withdrew twice since it will reflect the same name and account numbers. Also, this will help identify if the issue originated from the QBDT recording or in your bank.
