Work Flow - Recurring Statement - Edit - Save and Enable Not Available

We have a recurring statement in MY WORKFLOW - In the past we've been able to update or edit and save changes to add customers or remove customers however this is no longer working. I've selected EDIT on the far right drill down, made changed but the SAVE and ENABLE far bottom right is grayed out/unable to SAVE the changes. Please advise. Thank you,

Hello there, SFrederick.

I'm here to help ensure you can save your recurring statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Sometimes, when the browser accumulates a lot of frequently accessed page resources like cache and cookies, it can lead to unexpected behavior. To determine if this is the cause of the issue, let's try signing in to your QBO account using a private browser window (incognito mode).

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, try to edit the recurring statement again to double-check.

If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

I'm also adding these articles that tackle managing and creating custom workflows in QBO for future reference:

Please let me know if you have additional questions about this or anything else. I'm always here to help. Take care.

Good Day FritzF,

Thank you for taking the time to respond.  You've provided good information here and I appreciate the links to additional articles.  I've tried additional browsers and clearing cache and cookies however I am still unable to save and enable.  I've reached out to support and Kriselle provided excellent instructions as well but to no avail.  Kriselle has shared this with the engineering teams and has assured me someone will be in touch once resolved.

Many thanks,  SFrederick
