Workflow in QBO
I have a QBO account I use for three sub-accounts (clients). I can't set up workflows for the parent account, but I can't find a way to use workflows in the client accounts. There isn't even a tab that says "workflow." When I found out about the workflow to automatically send statements to the customers of those clients, I thought it solved my problem of having to spend HOURS on end doing that for each one of the 3 clients. But alas.....
My questions are:
1. Does anyone know how this can be done?
2. Is QBO ever going to figure out this is needed?
3. Suggest an app that will do send these statements outside ot QBO?
