Hello,

I've been using Quickbooks Desktop for quite some time and closed out my books for 2023. Now I want to migrate to Quickbooks Online. I have made sure my Intuit account is setup, with all my info and a valid credit card on file, but I simply can't can't choose a product or subscription. I keep getting this error.

You can't add QuickBooks Online Simple Start to Premier Coding Solutions Inc. with your existing subscription.

What is the resolution to this? I want to use Quickbooks Online for 2024 and moving forward.

Thank you,

Andres

Your version is ancient. You need to upgrade your version to QB Desktop 2021 or a newer version and convert your data to QB Online. You can use the trial version to upgrade your data gradually.

I appreciate you for bringing this to our attention, Premier.

Let me help and provide information for you to add a plan and migrate to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Firstly, ensure you're on the QBO website when purchasing a QBO plan or subscription and not from the Customer Account Manage Portal (CAMPs). You can use your existing Intuit account when registering, refer to this website to check for the Plans and Pricing: QBO Plans & Pricing.

However, if the issue still persists. I suggest contacting Sales to help you and further check what's causing this.

Additionally, I'm sharing these articles that can guide you through migrating from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QBO:

Thank you. I went to the pricing page and turned off the toggle for the 50% off for 30 days, but it still gave me the error. I'll just contact sales in the morning. Thanks.
