For the past month or so, this "Your Money, Only Faster" advertisement has been popping up after every single invoice I create or edit. It seems silly, but this has significantly bogged down my work flow. Does anyone know how to disable that stupid ad once and for all?

QB will say just to X out of it, and it will go away.  We ALL know that's not the case, and that is will just come RIGHT back.

So no, there is no way to stop or disable it.

We do, however, use a pop-up blocker.  That has helped a bit here.

Good luck.

I'm here to provide information about disabling prompts or pop-ups in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, DM1283.

The pop-ups are intended to help our users navigate QBO smoothly. Currently, you need to manually close the ads or pop-ups by clicking the "X" or "Close" button to prevent them from reappearing.

Another option is to enable the pop-up blocker of your browser, which will prevent pop-ups from appearing.

To do it, here's how:

  1. Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Mozilla browser).
  3. Hover to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and select Block from the drop-down menu.

For Safari browser:

  1. Open your Safari browser.
  2. Click Safari, then Preferences
  3. Select Websites at the top
  4. Click Pop-up Windows on the left sidebar
  5. Then select Block in the pop-up menu for the website.

For further assistance on blocking pop-ups based on your browser, you can also search online.

Additionally, I suggest sending your feedback to our Product Developer team so that they can assess the possibility of removing the ads entirely.

If you have any further questions or concerns about QuickBooks, feel free to let me know by commenting below, DM1283.

Thanks for the tips, but this is ineffective for this ad. The problem is that this isn't a *true* pop up. It's just a landing page (maybe not the correct term) Quickbooks sends you to after closing an invoice. Regardless, it's an intrusive ad on a product I am actively paying for, and there seems to be no way to make it stop.

Very frustrating.
