Reorder point field is missing

Hi, the reorder point field is missing when I want to add a new product into QBO. Any ideas how to turn on this option or has this feature been removed?

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll share details about the reorder feature in QuickBooks Online. Then, ensure you'll be able to reorder a product.

 

The reorder point field is present in the Singapore version of QuickBooks Online. This option is located when you click the Low Stock or Out of stock section, not when you add a new product. With this, I recommend starting recording reorder products from there.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select Sales and choose Products and Services.
  2. Select Low Stock or Out of stock. Then, choose the products as needed. 
  3. Click the Edit drop-down arrow under the Action column. Then, choose Reorder. This creates a purchase order for a single supplier.
  4. Complete all the details of the purchase order, or add other items you need to reorder from the supplier.
  5. Choose Save and send
