All my payment have posted the next day, my most recent payment shows it's been deposited but is not available in my balance after 4 days. How do I find out why?

I am trying to find out why my funds say deposited but have not posted in my account yet? I need a human to look into it but there are no options I can find to contact one. Anyone else delt with this?

If you're a new user, your initial payments will be deposited within five business days. The deposit speed will vary based on the service you are using and the payment type.

 

The first deposits may take longer due to setting up your merchant account. Once we complete the setup, your funds will be deposited more quickly, typically within two business days.

 

To check your current deposit speed, you can go to the payments section. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, located at the top right corner.
  2. Go to Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab.
  4. Check the Deposit Speed section.
