all sales

when i look at all sales some that have been paid for are coming up as negative. they are paid and closed not sure why this is happening

The All Sales page in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account shows the different sales transactions you've made. Here, you can find your open invoices, customer payments, sales receipts, estimates (both accepted and pending), and credit memos. You can also see how much your customers owe you and how much they've paid. 

 

When recording your customers' payments, some come up as negative if you manually input an amount in the Amount received field. On the other hand, if you apply a customer's credit memo to an open invoice, you'll notice that the payment posts as a positive amount.
