Uploaded bills in QB are not showing up for payment.

I've checked here on my end and found there's an ongoing investigation where users are experiencing the same issue with their bills not showing up from Billpay.com to QuickBooks Online. Please know that our team is aware of this matter and is currently implementing measures to fix it.

I see the urgency of getting this issue resolved. Getting this fixed is our top priority and rest assured that this issue is being taken care of with utmost urgency.

 

With this, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They'll be able to add you to the list of affected users and be notified once this is fixed.

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your issue or question, then select Continue.
  4. Review and Select from the following: Ask the CommunityStart a live chat, or Call us.
