BILLS - PURCHASE ORDERS

Is there a way to have the PO # as a column when you look up your bills to pay without having to click the link of the PO attached to the bill?

Just want something to see 'at a glance', so I can save some time clicking around to find the info.

Thx!

The option to add the Purchase Order (PO) number in a column linked to the bill is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online(QBO), Lisa.

We understand your need for functionality and would love to hear your thoughts about your experience. Please send us feedback on your QuickBooks Online company. It will enable our product developers to consider adding it in the future.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.

Meanwhile, you can explore a third-party integration to display the PO number in a column linked to the bill. You can find one by visiting this website: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/en-us/.

You can then utilize the Open Purchase Order List report to track and manage your pending purchases. It helps you stay informed about the status of your orders with vendors.

Here at QuickBooks, we strive to provide the best service possible. Please let us know if you have other questions regarding the purchase order number. We're always willing to assist you.
