Blank Lines On Invoices

On our invoices items often allow us to plug in and put price then description goes blank. 

 

Anyone else dealing with this. We came to QB to streamline our invoicing/books and it seems they care less about us the more we pay them. Been a very painful experience. Please make your voice heard and upvote as we are really fed up with how little QB cares about us.

Occasionally, the browser could become filled up with data from frequently visited websites. This can result in odd behaviors when entering details for any transactions like the invoices.

 

To isolate this issue, lets perform some troubleshooting steps to check if there are any underlying browser issues. We'll start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private/incognito window. To open a private window, use one of the keyboard shortcuts listed below:

 

  • Google Chrome browser: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox browser: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari browser: press Command + Option + P

 

If you're able to put all the information and save the invoice without any problem, then we can go back to your regular browsing window and clear some cache. This process will delete any outdated or corrupted files that are causing the strange behavior.

 

You can also check out and use other supported browsers that works perfectly with QuickBooks Online.
