Bulk update payments to change the Deposit To account?

I'll guide you in moving payments, kurt.

We can create a journal entry for all the payment transactions. This will let you move money between accounts and force your books to balance.

Here's how you can create a journal entry:

1. Click +New.
2. Select Journal entry.
3. On the first line, select an account from the Account dropdown. Enter the amount in the correct column depending if it's debit or credit.
4. On the next line, select the account you're moving money to. Enter the same amount in the opposite column depending if it's debit or credit on the first line.
5. Check the amounts. The Credit and Debit should have the same amount in their respective column. This means the accounts are balanced.
6. Select Save and close or Save and new if you need to create another. 
   
   

To accurately handle your account, I suggest seeking advice from your Accountant.
