Can I add a payment link to customer statements?

In QBO, you can easily add a payment link to your customer statements. By adding a payment link, you provide your customers with a convenient way to settle their invoices directly from the statement they receive. First, you'll need to create a payment link and copy the created link to be pasted on your customer's statement.

Here's how you do it:

1. Go to Sales and select Payment links.
   
   
2. You can choose a created link for your customer or create a new one. Click New payment link.
   
   
3. Choose if it's a One time payment link or a Multi-use payment link and Next.
   
   
4. Enter amount and other necessary information.
5. Click Send payment link and copy the link provided.
   
   
6. Once finished, hit Done.
   
   

Next, let's paste the copied payment link on your customer statement. Here's how:

1. Go to +New, then under the Customers column, select Statements.
   
   
2. Choose the statement you want to send to your customer by ticking the checkmark on the left side.
3. Make sure to double-check the email address of your recipient.
   
4. Hit Save and Send on the right side at the bottom.
   
   
5. Insert your payment link in the Body.
6. Once done, click Send.
