Change permissions for company admin to use online bill pay

We're glad to have you here, @LH2023. Let me share my insights about allowing other admins to use the Bill Pay feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Using Online Bill Pay allows you to make payments directly within QBO. This way, we can pay bills to your 1099 vendors or contractors via bank transfer (ACH) or paper check. Everything is in one location, and we don't have to switch between two products.

All Administrators (Primary and Company) are able to sign up for Online Bill Pay. They have to go through the signup process to use the service. Since you've already added your company admin to the bank account, they'll receive an email instructing them to complete the identity verification process once they log in to Bill Pay for the first time. 

Note: If you've enabled the setting to Automatically nominate admins when adding the bank account, each new admin will have to verify their identity and the bank account info. If it was enabled already, they'll only have to confirm their identity.
