Hello, @willmont73.

 

Allow me to share some information about processing payments in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

Normally, bank transfer (ACH) payment deposits will take 2-7 business days to reach your deposit bank account. The waiting period varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose for your transactions to be deposited in, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits. Some banks may take longer to verify and process deposits.

 

For now, you may check the status of the payment by visiting the  Merchant Service Center portal.  

 

  1. Log in to your Merchant Service Center portal.
  2. Select Deposits in the Activity & Reports section.
  3. Enter the date range, then click Search.
  4. The status will show under the Method column. You can also select the triangle to the left under the Fee column to view the details.

If you haven't received the payment within that period, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support so they can help verify the status of your deposits.
