As per checking, we did not receive reports similar to the issue your client is experiencing when trying to access an invoice, AL. I appreciate the troubleshooting your client has taken regarding this.

Since the initial troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue, I'll share a workaround you can use. This way, your client can check the invoice and ensure there will be no delays with your transactions with them.

To proceed, you can save the invoice as a PDF file and attach and send it to your client via email in the meantime:

  1. Open your account and go to the Invoices menu.
  2. From the Invoices page, locate the invoice and click the dropdown arrow under the Action column.
  3. Select Export as PDF.
  4. Attach the PDF file and send it to your client's email.

On the other hand, it's best to notify our Support Team about the issue your client is encountering by reaching out to them. They have the tools to investigate this matter thoroughly.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon and then Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern in the designated field and select Continue.
  3. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Chat - Start a conversation with our support team.
    • Callback - leave your contact information, and our next available agent will contact you.
