Combine Bill Payments Option Gone?

With the new QuickBooks payment update, is the option to combine bills into one payment gone?

So if I have 10 bills from one vendor, I have to process each payment individually? AND pay a fee for each one? And QuickBooks will hold onto this money interest free for 3-5 business days? How is any of this better than the old system?

The feature is not available in the newly QB Billpay. You should signup for a free Melio account and it will re-sync your data from the old Billpay powered by Melio. You can combine up to 20 bills.

You can also get $100 cashback to pay the first bill.

I'm committed to providing you with details about the Pay Bills feature, jp666.

In the new QuickBooks Bill Pay, the feature to pay multiple bills is unavailable. You'll need to schedule or pay the bills individually even if they have the same vendor.

You can look for third-party apps that you can integrate with QuickBooks. Visit this link to see available apps: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.

Moreover, you can run reports and customize their data to track your bills or other financial transactions in QuickBooks.
