Hello there!

 

Let me help you view your credit card payments and share some information on how to record certain transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Credit card payments are liabilities in nature since your liability balance will be reduced. If you recorded your payment as a liability, that's the reason why it's not showing in the Profit and Loss (P&L). You can view this by pulling the Balance Sheet report. 

 

However, if you want your credit card payments to be recorded under P&L, you'll want to make sure that you've recorded your payments as expenses.
