Credit card processors

Am I able to use a different credit card processor to accept payments from customers?  Other than intuit.

Not within the intuit sphere of things, intuit will not process the other merchant providers, nor can you link to them on the invoice

That's what I thought.  the sales person for the processing company said that QB would work with any company.  I didn't think I had an option when I signed up for QB payments.  Thank you.
