Customize Payment Receipt

I want to add another field to my payment receipts for the project address. The "Bill to" customer address is not the same as the project address.   Customizing payment receipts is very limited to what we can do.  Any suggestions?

I have your back on customizing your payment receipt, Indiana. Allow me to share more information about it.

 

I know that having another field for project addresses is essential for tracking. However, this option is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop, but we can add it in the memo to note. Follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click the Receive Payment.
  3. In the Memo, note the project address.
  4. Hit Save and Close.

 

I recommend submitting feedback to our project engineers to assess the potential for including this feature in future updates. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online and click Product Suggestion.
  3. Provide your feedback and suggestions.
  4. Hit Send Feedback.
