I have a merchant account that completes 200 + credit card transactions monthly via POS 2019.
But once in a while a customer payment does not show up in my QuickBooks Desktop 2020 under "Payments to Deposit". The credit card gets properly processed and deposited in the bank, but it does not show up in the "Payments to Deposit" list in QBDT Pro 2020.

Why is this?

Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me make it up to you by ensuring you'll be able to show the payments under Payments to Deposit in QuickBooks Desktop. 

 

If it's posted directly from the bank, there is no need for you to create a deposit. You'll have to review the payments in the bank register. You'll have to review the payment in the bank register if it's already there.
