Direct Deposit for Vendors

Hello,

We recently requested to cancel our QB Desktop Payroll. We received a confirmation stating that the request was successful.  We then received another email stating that the QuickBooks Payroll Direct Deposit was suspended.  Okay, that seems logical.  We received a second email that states Intuit has completed our request to cancel our Direct Deposit for Vendors service.  WE DON'T WANT THAT CANCELLED! I've been on hold with customer support but keep getting put on hold.  Does anyone know why this happened?

Allow me to provide you with some information regarding the cancellation of your payroll subscription, SallyA1.

Direct deposit is an additional feature available with your payroll subscription. Upon cancellation of your service, you won't have access to various functions, including processing and printing payroll tax forms, as well as access to other services such as direct deposit, QuickBooks Workforce, e-file, and e-pay.

Furthermore, direct deposit for vendors is part of the payroll subscription. Should you wish to maintain access to this feature, it will be necessary to reactivate your subscription.

To re-subscribe, I suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support Team.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue.
  5. Once done, click Message Us or Let's Talk.

You can also click on this link to discover the process for renewing your QuickBooks payroll subscription.

I appreciate your patience on this matter. Please keep us posted if you need additional assistance managing your direct deposit. We're always here to help you out.

If you want to create ACH "direct deposit" files in NACHA file format and then submit them to your bank (many banks will accept them from business banking customers) then you can use our BRC Direct Deposit File Creator  to do that. It'll pull your vendor payments from QuickBooks and automatically create a NACHA file for you.  It has a fully-functional 30-day trial so you can try it out before you buy a license.
