Disable all payment options on invoice. Collect by

I want to collect only cash payment option, but I want to also send the customers an invoice. I'm able to remove the credit card option, but it doesnt seem like I can remove the BANK payment option. How can this be removed from showing up in the invoice?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about removing payment option. 

 

We're unable remove the bank payment option from the invoice since it's part of the choices. However, you can turn it off so the customer can only pay using other payment options. I'll guide you how to do this.

 

  1.  Go to Sales and select Invoices.
  2.  Locate the invoice you want to edit and hit Edit.
  3.  On the upper right corner click Manage, then select Payment options.
  4.  Turn off the switches for the payment option.


     
  5. Select Review and Send.
