Disputed payments - how can I fix it?

Greetings,

We are receiving notifications of payment disputes on customer invoices that prevent us from sharing them and receiving the payments indicating that they were returned to the bank, however, customers have not received those errors and returns.

We request guidance on what this error is due to and how we can fix it.

Please find attached some evidence.
