Question

Do invoices take a few days to process? Do they process on the weekend? A customer showed they paid it but it is not showing paid on my end.

I sent my first invoice today. Customer showed the transaction in their bank account. It is still just showing viewed on my end. I just want to make sure I did not miss something on my end.

Since you've stated that this is your first sent invoice, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days. These early deposits take time while we set up your account. Let me provide you with more information about this.

 

Once we set up everything, your next deposits from your customer payments will be much faster and will now depend on your deposit speeds. You can check your deposit speed from your QBO account through the accounts and settings. Here's how:

 

  1. Head to the Gear icon and select Accounts and settings.
  2. Go to Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
