Do online payments always take over two weeks to be deposited?

I accepted my first payments over Quickbooks, three transactions in total, and the status shows 'we're looking into This' and has been under that status since May 15.

Since two weeks have already passed since you accepted the payments, I recommend contacting our Payment Support team. They can check the status of the transfer and provide more details.

 

Before we contact them, it is important to note that the first payment will take 7-10 days because the profile needs to undergo verification and takes 2 weeks to validate.
