Thank you for reaching out to the Community, Anthony.

Let me help and provide information for you to connect your Credit account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To start, I suggest verifying If you already tried to enter your bank URL in the search bar upon trying to connect to QBO. If it didn't show, it means Blueprint Line of Credit accounts are not supported. I advise contacting Amex to check if they support integration to accounting systems like QBO for this type of account.

In the meantime, You can request support from your bank. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
  2. Select Connect account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institutions. If QBO is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, " Hmm, we can't find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
  4. If you're still unable to find your bank, select Request.
  5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

For more detailed information, refer to this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

Then, you can manually upload your bank transactions.

I'll also add this article to help you reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QBO

Let me know If you have additional questions on how to connect your Credit account to QBO. I'll be here to further assist you.

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
