I sent 20 statements using Quickbooks Online and a popup said 5 failed for no email, but they all had email. I'm trying to figure out which 5 so as not to repeat to other customers who did receive their statements. Help me, please!

We can use the Audit Log feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to identify which customers haven't received their statements, @MBA63. Let me guide you through the process.

Audit Log tracks and records transactions, edits, and changes made to your QBO account. Here's how you can use it to determine which customer didn't receive a statement:

  1. Head to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit log.
  3. Filter the Events to Statements. Ensure that the month in the Date Changed section is correct.

After filtering, you can view all statements from the last 150 days.  Check the Event column to see which statements were sent successfully. You can then recreate and resend any missing statements.
