Cache files can accelerate the browser processes. However, there are circumstances that they can also cause unexpected behaviors when piled up. We can do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues.

1. Use a private browser when opening the invoice.
2. Clear the cache storage if you can click the Pay Now button successfully.
3. Otherwise, use a different supported browser.
