Fix alert "Some QuickBooks Payments deposits weren't automatically recorded. After you receive the funds in your account, record them manually as a Bank Deposit"

When I log into my account the following alert shows up: "Some QuickBooks Payments deposits weren't automatically recorded. After you receive the funds in your account, record them manually as a Bank Deposit"

When I click on take action it takes me to an empty page to make a bank deposit. Unlike some instructions posted in online, there's is no hidden section for payments in conflict.

I have not received a single payment from.a customer. The only payment I have is the sample $5.

How can I fix this issue?

    Allow me to jump in and offer my help to clear the alert, andrea1980.

     

    QuickBooks usually adds the deposit automatically if there's a matching invoice or sales receipt. However, the system is unable to do it if the payment is processed in the Merchant Service Center and not in QBO. 

     

    There are also times that cache or browser issues can hide the transaction or show alerts even if no online payment was processed.

     

    I'll share some steps that can resolve some of the most common browser issues in QuickBooks Online.

     

    First, use a private or incognito window and log in to your account. You can also use a different browser such as Mozilla, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge. Use these keyboard shortcuts on how to start an incognito browsing session:

     

    • Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
    • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
    • Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
    • Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

     

    Second, check if you can still see the alert or the undeposited transaction after logging back in. If everything looks good, follow the steps in this article to delete your browsing history: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks.

    Hi @JenoP, thanks for your replay. I tried logging in using the incognito, but the alert still showing up.
