Funds have been withheld by Intuit for nearly 2-months. No support received
we have had $80K in funds from our merchant account held by intuit for nearly 2-months.
i have spoken to support a dozen times, received several case numbers and escalations but we have never got an update or seen the funds released.
this is completely unacceptable and we need some kind of resolution ASAP.
Apparently the Risk Department are the ones who review but we cannot speak to them and they do not reach out. Surely they could review the case during an 8-week time frame....
We need answers immediately. please help
