Who is their target? Just curious. I mean, the customer is always right. Right?

 

Also, what company offers this free / cheaper service?

 

My company does much larger numbers than $50K, but our margins are pathetically low and I am struggling to find ways to eat everyday while their stock (Intuit) soars.

Unfortunately, the reality is that you are no longer their target customer. You may consider migrating data to another brand at a lower price. One app offers a free plan to run a business with income <50K USD per year. Their premium plan costs $30/month.
