If you are trying to use the QuickBooks debit card to get your cash, we'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments. Once you're approved, you'll get a QuickBooks Checking account where it's a monthly fee-free checking account within QuickBooks. Then, you can use your QuickBooks debit card to withdraw money from your QuickBooks Checking account. Here's how to find out where your virtual debit card is: 

1. Go to Business overview then select Cash flow, or go to Cash flow.
2. Select QuickBooks Checking.
3. Tap Manage account.
4. In the QuickBooks Checking debit card section, select the option for Card info and complete the security step to verify your account.
