Getting paid online

I set up the ability yesterday to take online payments via credit card. I think I did it right as I got a confirmation email saying it was set up and an email saying I got a payment. I understand it will take up to 5 days to go through but what happens in the meantime? It says the payment has been made. But the money is not in my account. Do I have to do anything when it is processed? Where are the funds right now?

I'll ensure that your funds will be deposited into your account in no time, PGDesigns1. This way, you can categorize the payments as soon as possible.

Your bank will get the money based on how fast your deposit is. Since the account is new, we are still setting it up. Rest assured that we'll deposit your first payments within five business days if everything runs smoothly. Once everything is set up, we'll deposit customer payments based on how long it takes you to get paid.

You can also double-check the fund status by following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Choose Activities & Reports, then select Deposit or All Statements.
  3. Find your most recent statement and select View.
  • Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned- check your email to see the steps to fix the issue.
  • Funded- successfully deposits the amount, and your money is on its way.

In addition, funds won't appear in a daily deposit if there's a problem with a payment. You should receive an email from Intuit if there's ever an issue.

Furthermore, if you have not received it within 5 days, please contact your bank or QBO support. Some banks keep our deposits after we deposit them. At this stage, you must consult your bank to see whether additional procedures are required. For more details, visit this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Lastly, I've included some articles about payment fees, voiding transactions, and other related topics:

I'd be pleased to listen and help if you have other problems with your account. Just leave a message below. Keep safe always.
