We’re encountering an issue with "REMOTE ONLINE DEPOSITS" showing up from existing customers, but these deposits aren't reflecting in our bank accounts. Could there be a connection issue between your system and the banks causing these ghost transactions? Could anyone help us resolve this?

We'll provide details to help you with bank deposits that doesn't reflect inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Some deposits will not reflect in your bank account due to the deposit time of the product and the payment method you're using. Also, please know that standard deposits are processed daily, excluding Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In contrast, Instant Deposits are processed every day of the year without exception. We'll outline the steps below to help you check your deposit speed:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab.
  4. Review the Deposit Speed section.
