We were solicited by a third party app developer. I'm trying to verify if anyone has ever used them or if they're recognized as an Intuit partner. They called Skyline Payments (Pay Invoice). URL to the company site below. Thank you in advance!

Hi, @bob127. I appreciate you reaching out to us here in the Community.

I understand that you want to gather information about the Skyline Payments application. I love to assist you today. However, it is out of my scope of support, and I don't have any access to this third party. The good news is that there's a specific department that can help you with your concern.

For now, I suggest reaching out to Skyline Payments. This way, they can give you the assistance you need and share details of how this software works with our product.

On the other hand, learn more about accepting and processing payments in QuickBooks Desktop from these links:

Feel free to mention my name in the comment section below if you have other QuickBooks concerns. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!

@Angelyn_T  - Thanks for the quick reply! I have already spoken with Skyline and they seem like a solid company with a good product. One thing that concerned me was they were not listed in the App Center of QB Desktop.

You mentioned there's a specific department that handles these type inquiries. Can you tell me how to get in contact with that department?

Thanks!

Yes, we have a specific department that handles the integration of third-party applications in QuickBooks, @bob127. Let's visit the Intuit Developer page to do this, and I'll gladly show you how.

We have a separate and dedicated forum that handles third-party integration for QBDT. This is where developers and business people like you discuss programming and system issues. I'd suggest getting an account set up and posting your question from there. This way, our developers can provide the appropriate answer to the question you have. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Intuit Developer page.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?.
  3. Click Ask a Question
  4. Create a new account or log into your existing one.
  5. Enter your concern.
  6. Click Ask.

Also, you may want to utilize the helpful tools and resources on the Intuit Developer page. To do this, go to the API Docs & Tools menu, and select QuickBooks Desktop.

You can count me in if you have other third-party-related concerns or questions about your business's growth and transactions using QBDT. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and have a great day, @bob127.
