How can I access my merchant services account?

QuickBooks Online

1. Go to the Gear Icon

2. Select "Account and settings"

3. Select "Payments"

4. You will see a button called "Manage Account"

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.

2. Select the Payments tab and then Manage details.

3. A new tab will open and Merchant Service Center.

What are next steps if we follow the steps suggested and one of our accountants still cannot access the manage merchant account? She gets the following error message: "

Oops... We didn't find a QuickBooks Payments Account associated with St. Matthew Catholic School.

You are signed into St. Matthew Catholic School.
If you have other clients, switch to another firm in QuickBooks Online."

We tried switching to another firm on QBO but she still couldn't get in.
