How can I determine who sent me an ACH payment?

You can sign in to your Merchant Service account to view who sent you that payment, @pminhas21.

Once logged in, you can head to the Activity & Report section to determine the identity of the customer who paid you. To do so, here's how:

1. Log in to your Merchant Service Center.
2. On the top navigation bar, head to Activity & Reports dropdown.
3. Select Transactions, then find the transactions you've received.

You can also utilize the details you've received and compare them to information on the Transaction page to help determine who sent them.
