Happy to have you here on the Community page, @sales197.

I'm here to share some insights about QuickBooks or credit card payments deposits.

Generally, credit card payment deposits take 1-2 business days. While bank transfer (ACH) payment deposits can take 2-7 business days. However, the time to funding varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose for your transactions to be deposited in, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits. Some banks may take longer to verify and process deposits.

If you've received the payment within those time frames, it means that the credit card payment goes through successfully. If it wasn't deposited yet on the said period, I suggest reaching out with our Merchant Services Support to check and investigate this further for you.

On the other hand, you can also check the status of your funds by searching for deposits in the Merchant Service Center.

Here's how:

  1. In the menu bar on any page, select Activity & Reports from the Deposits tab.
  2. If you accept both cards and checks, select Payment Type.
  3. Click the Payment Type drop-down and select either Card or Check. (You can't view deposits from both types of transactions at the same time.)
  4. You can set the date range in one of the following ways:
    • To choose a pre-selected date range, like Today, Yesterday, or Last Month, click the Date drop-down list.
    • To select a custom date range, click the From and To fields or use the calendar icons to select a custom date range.
  5. If you're searching for card deposits, you can limit your search based on the funding status of the deposit. To do so click the Funded Status drop-down, and select one of these options:
    • All
    • Funded
    • Pending
  6. Tap Search to display the results.
