How do I cancel customers QuickBooks online payment plan that i am being charged for each month and never use

I keep getting a monthly fee for customers to pay me online thru QuickBooks, I have never used this but when I contacted QuickBooks to cancel this part of my plan, the person who was trying to help me from his home obviously did not know what to do and after about 45 min of him putting me on hold to talk to someone He ended up hanging up on me. SO RUDE

    Hey sacnailer,

     

    Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! This isn't the way we want you to feel! I have a solution, however! Here is how to cancel that QuickBooks Online Payment Plan:

     

    1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center as an admin user.
    2. Choose the Account tab and then Account Profile.
    3. Hit Close Account
    4. Add a reason or any comments you'd like to share in the Reason for closing dropdown.
    5. Select Submit.

     

    From there, we will process your request, and within one business day, you should receive an email from us confirming this!
