I'm here to give details on how to see the status of the payments in QuickBooks Online.

 

QuickBooks Payments consolidates all your customer payments for the day into a single record, which is called a deposit. 

 

We can check the status of processed payments in QuickBooks Online if you process payments there.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Get paid & pay and select Deposits.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

 

Each payment that is part of the daily deposit will be visible. It also displays related processing fees as individual transactions.

 

Furthermore, we can also check the status of all your processed payments in the Merchant Service Center. This includes payments processed in QuickBooks Online.

 

See these steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Select Search.
