A charge I didn't make was on my account how do I receive money back

  1. In your company, head to the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
  2. Choose the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern. For example, need help on how to dispute a charge on the account. 
  3. Tap Get help from a human link and type a phrase or keyword in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Click the Continue button to view the support options.
  5. Pick Chat to start a conversation and Callback to speak with an agent.
